Getting Started

Q: How do I sign up for the Millipede app? 

Here's the steps :

  1. Provide the Millipede team with your phone number.

  2. You'll receive a message with your Milli ID.

  3. Download the Millipede app.

  4. Use your Milli ID to activate your account for the first time.​

Q: How do I download the Millipede app? 

  • The Millipede app is available on the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play Store (for Android devices). Search for "Millipede" and follow the download instructions.​​

Account Management

I forgot my Milli ID. What should I do? 

  • Check your phone's SMS or spam folder for your Milli ID.

  • If you can't find it, contact Millipede support with your registered phone number for assistance.

Q: How do I update my phone number or email address? 

  • If you have already activated your account, you may easily change your phone number to your new number by going to Profile > Personal > Edit. Follow the prompts to finish updating your phone number.

  • If you have not activated your account and need to make a change, please contact Millipede support via WhatsApp at +65 9725 2724. We will assist you in making the necessary changes to your account.

Using the App

Q: Can I use the app offline? 

  • Millipede works best while you are online. If you have any issues with internet connectivity, please reach out to Millipede support for more assistance.

Q: How many devices can 1 Milli ID log in to? 

  • You may only log into one device at any given time. Logging into a new device will log out your previous device.

Q: Can the Millipede app be downloaded on iPad or Samsung tablets? 

  • Yes, the app can be downloaded on any tablet device that has access to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Troubleshooting

Q: I’m having trouble logging in. What should I do? 

  • If you are a first time user, please ensure you have tapped on 'Activate Account' and use the correct Milli ID and phone number to complete the account activation.

  • If you are an existing user, please ensure that you have a stable connection and your app is updated to the latest version of Millipede. Should the problem persist, contact Millipede support for assistance.

Q: The app is not working properly. How can I fix it? 

  • Try restarting the app or your device. If issues continue, check for app updates or contact Millipede support for further help.

Admin Portal

Q: How do I access the admin portal? 

  • For New Users:

    1. Provide the Millipede team with your phone number.

    2. You'll receive a message with your Milli ID.

    3. Download the 'Millipede' app.

    4. Use your Milli ID to activate your account for the first time.

    5. On your desktop, go to https://admin.millipede.sg/ and log in using the same phone number and password you just created.
       

  • For Existing Users:

    • Log in using the same credentials you use to log into the Millipede app.

Note: Only specific users are granted access into the admin portal. If you believe you should have access but cannot log in, please inform the Millipede team.
